Relationships
It’s all about relationships!
Truly we cannot downplay relationships in the Christian life.
The greatest commandment that Jesus gave us is all about
relationships. The relationship between us and God and between
us and other people. We believe that the church must make a
shift from planning programs to making relationships. When we
make healthy relationships a priority peace is brought into our
lives.
The care group
environment is a place where relationships are the premier
objective. The groups should feel more like friends coming
together for a meal than the popular stoic understanding of
church. This is an environment where someone unfamiliar with
church would feel completely comfortable. Activities such as
cookouts and games are encouraged to help foster the building of
relationships.
